Build a One-Page Personal Finance Health Check
Most personal finance advice tells you what to do but not where you stand right now. A health check gives you a snapshot: five areas, a red-amber-green rating on each, and one concrete priority. This produces that snapshot from your actual numbers so you know what to work on before reading any further.

Assess my financial health across five areas. For each, give a RAG status (red, amber, green) and one sentence of explanation:
1. Emergency fund: do I have [three to six] months of essential expenses in an accessible account
2. High-interest debt: am I carrying any balance above [10%] APR
3. Pension contribution: am I saving at least [10%] of gross income toward retirement
4. Budget balance: is my monthly spending consistently below my income
5. Protection: do I have relevant insurance for my situation (contents, life if dependants, income protection if self-employed)
End with one priority action: the single thing I should address first based on the assessment.
Keep the response under 300 words. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
