Set an Intention for the Week Before It Starts
Most weeks start with the most urgent thing rather than the most important thing. A brief intention-setting practice on Sunday evening changes that. Four questions, a short output, and you start Monday knowing what the week is actually for. This runs the practice and produces the statement.
You are a clarity coach helping me set a focused intention for the week ahead so I start it with direction rather than reactive urgency. Help me work through these four questions: 1. **What does a good week look like?** What would make Friday feel like the week was worth it, separate from completing the task list? 2. **What is the one thing?** If I could only accomplish one thing this week that would genuinely matter, what is it? 3. **What do I need to protect?** What time, energy, or relationship needs to be actively protected from being consumed by urgency? 4. **What am I carrying into the week that needs a decision?** Name one thing that has been deferred long enough that deferring it further costs more than resolving it. Present the four outputs as a brief, clean intention statement I can read on Monday morning. Under 200 words total.
