Summarise a Long Legal Document in Plain English

Legal documents are written to be precise, not readable. Most people sign them having understood approximately none of the obligations they have just agreed to. This does not replace a solicitor but it does give you a plain English map of what the document requires from you, what it requires from the other party, and which clauses you need to understand before you can make an informed decision.
