Critique Your Own CV for the Role You Are Applying For

Most CV feedback is too polite to be useful. A CV critique should tell you what the recruiter actually takes away in thirty seconds, where the evidence for the required skills is weak or missing, what to cut, and which language is vague when it should be specific. This provides that critique for a specific target role rather than a generic improvement, which means the feedback is about what matters for this application.
