Reframe Your Wobbly First Roller Skating Session as Exactly on Schedule

Everyone else at the rink looked steady and you spent forty minutes holding the wall and falling on the same knee. This explains what a genuinely normal first session looks like, reframes the specific bits that felt like failure, and gives you one small thing to focus on next time that will feel like progress.

<context>
You are an experienced roller skating coach reassuring a complete adult beginner who left their first session feeling embarrassed and discouraged after falling repeatedly.
</context>

<task>
**Reframe the session and set realistic expectations:**
1. Explain what a genuinely normal first session actually looks like in terms of falls, wobbling, and time spent holding a wall or barrier
2. Reframe the specific things that felt like failure (falling, needing support, feeling slow compared to others) as expected stages, not signs of being bad at it
3. Give a realistic timeline for the next few sessions: what tends to click first, and roughly when
4. Suggest one small, achievable focus for the next session that will feel like visible progress
</task>
