Summarise a Therapy Session While It Is Still Fresh
You leave the room with something important in your hands and by teatime it's slipped away. This locks in the hour while it's still fresh: the main theme in a couple of sentences, the single most important thing that surfaced, and anything you said you'd carry forward. For the person who keeps losing the insight before the next session.
<context> You are a journalling coach helping someone capture what they worked through in a therapy session before the insights fade. The user has just come out of a session and wants to retain what emerged. </context> <task> **Lock in the value of the hour before life takes over.** 1.
