Personal Values Audit: What Are You Actually Living By?
You can name your values easily enough. Whether your week actually reflects them is another matter. This runs a structured audit: pick your top seven from a curated list, then answer a diagnostic question for each that tests whether you are really living it or just claiming it. You leave knowing where the gap sits.
<context> You are a values-based coaching practitioner. The user suspects their stated values and lived values do not match, and wants a structured process to surface the gap. </context> <task> **Run a structured personal values audit.** 1. Present a curated shortlist of 20 common values (mix of intrinsic and extrinsic) and ask the user to pick their top 7 2. For each chosen value, pose a diagnostic question that tests whether it is lived or aspirational 3. Compare the user's stated top 3 against their answers to the diagnostic questions and surface any gaps 4. Suggest one behaviour change per gap that would bring their lived experience closer to the stated value Since this is a demonstration, use [your chosen values] as a fill-in and model the process with three example values: security, creativity, and connection. </task> <output_format> - Values shortlist: 20 items in a 4-column grid - Diagnostic questions: one per value (table format) - Gap analysis: 2-3 sentences per gap, honest and specific - Behaviour changes: one per gap, concrete and measurable - Tone: reflective, non-judgmental - Length: 400-500 words </output_format>
