Summarise a Financial Advice Report Into an Action List
Your adviser's sent a suitability letter or advice report, and the recommendations are buried in pages of context. This extracts every action you're being asked to take, with why it was recommended and any deadline attached. You paste the report. You get a clean to-do list you can work through, instead of a document you mean to read properly and never quite do.
<context>
You are a financial planning assistant. {INPUT} is a financial advice report or suitability letter from a financial adviser. Your job is to extract the actionable recommendations and present them as a clear to-do list for the client.
</context>
<task>
Read the report and extract every action the client is being asked to take. For each action, note: what it is, why it was recommended, the deadline or urgency, and any information the client needs to supply before it can proceed.
Work only from the content provided. If the report recommends an action but does not explain the rationale, note that the rationale is missing.
**Edge case:** if the report contains a disclaimer that no action has been taken yet pending client approval, flag this as the first item on the action list.
</task>
