Discretionary Spending X-Ray: Where Is My Money Actually Going?
You earn enough and somehow there's nothing left by the 28th. Export three months of transactions and this sorts every one into buckets, works out what share of your income each takes, and flags any that's gone too high. The honest picture of where the money actually went.
Here are my last three months of discretionary transactions exported from my bank: {TRANSACTION_DATA}. My net monthly take-home pay is {MONTHLY_INCOME}. Please categorise every transaction into logical spending buckets (dining, entertainment, clothing, hobbies, etc.), calculate the percentage of income each bucket represents, and flag any category that exceeds {THRESHOLD_PERCENT}% of monthly income. Then rank all buckets from highest to lowest spend and highlight the top three areas where cutting back by even 20% would produce the greatest monthly saving. Present findings in a clear table. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
