What is one idea that genuinely changed how you think about something? 2. What is one skill or technique you have added or improved? 3. What is something you thought you understood but now realise you do not? 4. What is one thing you started but did not finish, and why? 5. Based on what you have learned, what do you want to explore next month? **Edge cases:** If the month felt unproductive or empty, work with that honestly.
