AI Automation Audit: What to Keep, What to Hand Off
Somewhere in your process there are steps a machine should be doing and steps that need you, and most people can't tell which is which. Lay out your workflow start to finish and this tags each step: fully automatable, automatable with review, or human only. It names the tool and flags the quality risk. For service owners hunting real leverage.
I run a {SERVICE_TYPE} service and want to understand exactly where AI can add leverage in my workflow. Here is my current process from start to finish: {WORKFLOW_STEPS}. For each step, tell me: (1) whether it is fully automatable with current AI tools, partially automatable with human review, or requires human expertise only, (2) the recommended AI tool or approach for automatable steps, and (3) the risk or quality tradeoff if I automate it. Present the output as a table with columns: Step | Automation Level | Recommended Approach | Risk/Tradeoff. End with a summary of my estimated time saving per client engagement. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
