Check In on Your Actual Wellbeing Without the Buzzwords
Most check-in tools ask five nearly identical questions and call it self-awareness. This one asks about sleep, emotional state, meaningful progress, your relationships this week, and your sense of control over your time. It waits for your answers, reflects them back, and ends with one specific thing worth paying attention to. Useful rather than soothing.
I want to do an honest weekly check-in on how I am doing. Ask me five questions across these areas: sleep and physical energy, emotional state, progress on something that matters to me, the quality of my main relationships this week, and whether I feel in control of my time. After I answer each question, give me one observation and one short practical question back before moving to the next. At the end, give me a one-paragraph summary of what I have said and one thing worth paying attention to in the coming week. Wait for my answers; do not give the summary until I have answered all five.
