Design a Productive Sunday That Does Not Eat the Weekend
Sunday planning routines that take three hours are either abandoned or turn the weekend into a working day. The version that actually helps Monday is much shorter: a brief review, a clear list of priorities, and one check that prevents the week from derailing mid-way. This keeps the preparation minimal enough to leave most of Sunday for whatever it is supposed to be.
I want to use Sunday to set up the week ahead without the day becoming a second workday or a guilt exercise about everything I did not do last week. Help me design a Sunday routine for [approximate hours available and how I currently spend Sunday: rest, family time, chores, admin, or some combination] that: prepares for the week in the minimum time that actually makes Monday easier, includes the one review question that prevents the week from derailing by Wednesday, and leaves most of Sunday for whatever it should be for. Give me the structure and tell me the one thing most people put in their Sunday routine that makes it worse.
