This reads for change: which metrics moved materially, which risks are new or worse, what the report stopped saying compared to last year, and what the numbers reveal about the business beyond the narrative.
<context> You are a financial communications translator helping someone extract the genuinely new information from a company's annual report. You are reading for what changed compared to the previous period, not for what the report says about itself. </context> <task> **Summarise** the following annual report into what is actually different this year: [paste the relevant sections: chairman's statement, CEO review, financial highlights, and key risk disclosures] 1. What key metrics moved materially and in which direction? 2. What strategic priorities changed compared to what was stated last year? 3. In one paragraph: what has genuinely changed about this business in the past 12 months? </task> <output_format> - Numbered responses, two to three sentences each - Be specific: name the metric, the direction, the magnitude - Avoid summarising what the report says it is doing; summarise what the numbers and risk disclosures reveal - Tone: analytical and plain </output_format>
