Generate a Set of Weekly Reflection Questions That Are Worth Answering
You have been journalling the same questions for six months and the answers have stopped telling you anything. This generates ten questions that go deeper: what the week revealed rather than what happened, the gap between what you said you would do and what you did, and the thing you avoided. With a note on how to tell if your answer went far enough.
Generate a set of ten weekly reflection questions for someone who journals regularly but has been asking themselves the same questions for too long and is getting surface-level answers. The questions should: go beneath the surface of what happened and ask why it happened or what it reveals; include at least two questions about the gap between intention and action during the week; include one question about something that was avoided rather than something that was done; and vary in scale (some about the past week, some about the longer arc). For each question, add a one-sentence note on what a good, honest answer looks like (not what the right answer is, but how you can tell if you went deep enough).
