Summarise a Long Discord Server's Rules Into a Welcome Message for New Gaming Members

The rules channel has grown into a genuinely intimidating wall of text and new members either ignore it entirely or never post at all out of fear of breaking something. This condenses it into a short, friendly welcome message covering only what actually matters, so new members read it and stick around.

Paste in the full rules channel content from a gaming Discord server below. Summarise it into a short, friendly welcome message covering only the rules a new member absolutely needs to know before posting: channel etiquette, the most commonly broken rule, and where to ask for help. Keep it under 150 words.
