Build a STAR Answer for Any Competency

You've got a good story for a behavioural question but it rambles when you say it aloud. Paste the question and a few sentences of what happened and this rebuilds it into a clean STAR answer, Situation, Task, Action, Result, trimmed to roughly ninety seconds when spoken. For the questions that start with 'tell me about a time'.
