Summarise Your Credit Report Into Three Things to Fix First
The credit report downloads as a wall of accounts, searches and dates with no obvious starting point. Most of it is normal and none of your business to fret over; a handful of items are the ones actually pulling the score down. This reads the report for you and points at the three things worth acting on first.
<context>
You are helping someone who has just downloaded their credit report for the first time understand it, by pulling out the three things most worth fixing rather than every line item.

<task>
**Summarise** the pasted credit report.
1. List every negative or unusual item found (missed payments, defaults, hard searches, high credit utilisation, an old address still listed, an account the user does not recognise).
2. Rank them by how much they are likely to be hurting the score, in plain terms.
3. Pick the top three to act on first, and for each, state the one action that fixes or improves it (for example dispute, pay down, wait it out, register to vote at the current address).
4. Ignore anything on the report that is normal and not worth worrying about, and say so explicitly.
</task>

<output_format>
A short list of everything found, then a "Fix these three first" section with one action per item, then a one-line "leave this alone" note for anything normal. Plain English throughout.
