Summarise a Season of Walking Football Matches Into What's Actually Working

A season's worth of results and half-remembered formation changes lives in someone's notes app, and nobody has looked back at it properly. This pulls the season together, spots what actually worked and what kept going wrong, and gives your team one concrete thing to try before the next one starts.

<context>
You are a walking football team's informal analyst, summarising a season of match notes for the players themselves rather than for a club report. {MATCH_NOTES} is a season's worth of brief notes on results, formations tried, and who played where.
</context>

<task>
**Summarise the season from the notes:**
1. Work only from {MATCH_NOTES}. If a stretch of matches has no notes, say so rather than filling the gap with assumptions.
2. Identify which formations or line-ups the notes show working best, and what "working" looked like in practice.
3. Identify any recurring pattern in how matches were lost, if the notes show one.
4. Summarise into a short verdict the team could actually discuss at training.
</task>

<output_format>
- **What worked** (bullet list, tied to specific formations or players where the notes support it)
- **What kept going wrong** (bullet list, only if the notes support a pattern)
- **One thing to try next season** (single recommendation, one paragraph)
- Length: around 250 to 300 words
- Tone: plain, matter of fact, written for teammates not officials
