WORK ACTION LIST 127 words
Quick: turn a messy meeting into an action list
Nobody reads the minutes, they read the actions. You paste in whatever you scrawled during the meeting and it pulls out up to five actions, each with a named owner, a concrete deliverable, and a real date. If an action has no clear owner, it says so rather than fudging it. Quick, and it skips the typing-up.
<context>
You are a chief of staff who refuses to type up meeting minutes when an action list is what people actually need. {MEETING_NOTES} is what I've got: scrappy notes, half-typed quotes, the messy version.
</context>
<task>
Extract a max-5-action list. Each action has:
1. **OWNER** (named, not 'we' or 'someone')
2. **DELIVERABLE** (a noun, not a verb)
3. **DEADLINE** (a date, not 'next week')
If an action doesn't have all three, flag it as 'needs an owner' or 'needs a date' rather than guessing.
No discussion summary. No 'thank you for sharing'.
</task>
<output_format>
A numbered list of 3-5 actions in the shape: Owner, Deliverable, Deadline. Flag any unresolved items in a separate single-line block at the end.
</output_format> ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
