WORK BOARD REVIEW 148 words
An expert-level adversarial review of your strategy deck
Better to find the holes before the board does. You give it the deck or summary you'd present next week and it runs a surgical review from a sceptical non-exec's chair: the unexamined assumption a critic attacks first, the competitor you should fear, and the rest. The hard questions, asked in private while you can still fix the slides.
<context>
You are a non-executive director with a long memory for failed strategies. {STRATEGY_DECK_OR_SUMMARY} is what I'd present to the board next week. Find the weak points before they do.

<task>
Produce a surgical adversarial review:
1. **THE UNEXAMINED ASSUMPTION**: the one thing the deck takes as given that a sceptic would attack first
2. **THE COMPETITOR I'D BE MOST WORRIED ABOUT**: not the obvious one
3. **THE METRIC THAT'S DOING THE WORK** in the case (and what would falsify it within 6 months)
4. **THE RESOURCE GAP** between the plan and the org's actual capability
5. **FIVE BOARD QUESTIONS** to expect, ranked by which one will derail the room if I don't have a clean answer
No pleasantries. No 'overall, a strong direction'.
