Annual Review Raise Script

I have my annual performance review coming up and I want to ask for a pay rise. My current salary is {CURRENT_SALARY} and I'm hoping to reach {TARGET_SALARY}. In the past year I've done the following to justify this: {KEY_ACHIEVEMENTS}. My manager tends to be {MANAGER_STYLE}.

Generate three versions of a script I can use to open the salary conversation in my review:

2. A collaborative framing that ties my value to team outcomes and invites dialogue
3. A fallback version if my manager brings up budget constraints before I've made my case
