Translate Your Inner Critic Into Useful Feedback
The critical voice is loud and constant and you have started believing it is just telling the truth about you. This separates the few lines that contain real, useful signal from the noise that is only there to flatten you. Write out what it says and you find what is worth acting on and what to ignore.
