Reframe a Difficult Client or Stakeholder Relationship
A client, stakeholder, or colleague is hard work and it is starting to affect your performance. This reframes the relationship so you can work more effectively without needing them to change: what they most likely need from you that they are not getting, and the one thing within your control to shift. Pragmatic, not a character study of a difficult person.
