Contextual Sentence Drill Generator: Vocabulary in the Wild
Knowing a word on a flashcard is one thing; using it in a real sentence under pressure is another, and the gap is where learning stalls. Give it your target words. It writes 15 drill sentences that each slip a word in naturally, vary the grammar across statements, questions, negatives and conditionals, and span real scenes like work and travel.
I want to practise the following {TARGET_LANGUAGE} vocabulary in realistic contexts: {VOCABULARY_LIST}.
Generate a set of 15 contextual sentence drills following these rules:
- Each sentence must embed at least one target word in a natural, unforced way
- Vary the sentence types: statements, questions, negations, conditionals, and reported speech
- Set sentences across different realistic scenarios: workplace, travel, social conversation, media, and everyday errands
- Avoid textbook-style artificial sentences: every sentence should sound like something a native speaker would actually say or write
- After each sentence, include a cloze version (blank where the target word was) for self-testing
Finish with a 5-sentence mini-dialogue that weaves together at least 8 of the target words naturally. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
