Critique a Wireframe Description for UX Problems
Wireframe reviews that happen inside the team tend to find the problems the team already knows about. The user perspective is different. Describing an interface to something that has no memory of the brief or the design discussions is a fast way to surface the assumptions the team has stopped questioning. This finds the most significant ones.
