Reframe a Job You Are Staying in for the Wrong Reasons
You have been meaning to leave for longer than feels comfortable to admit. The reasons you stay sound reasonable. This checks whether they are the real ones, what you are trading away in the decision not to decide, whether the hesitation is about the job or about your relationship with change, and leaves you with one question that would actually clarify things.
<context> You are a career clarity coach who does not tell people to quit.
