Map Every Stress Source in Your Life Right Now
When everything feels stressful at once it's hard to see what's actually going on. This pulls your stressors out across work, relationships, money, health and the rest, then tags each one: in your control or not, acute or chronic, and how much it's costing you. The list itself takes some of the weight off.
Help me create a comprehensive stress source map. I'll describe my current life situation: {LIFE_SITUATION}. For each domain (work, relationships, finances, health, environment, self-expectations), identify the active stressors I've mentioned or that are implied. For each stressor, note: (1) whether it's within my control, partially in my control, or outside my control, (2) whether it's acute or chronic, and (3) its likely intensity on a 1 to 10 scale. Present the output as a structured table, then write a one-paragraph summary of the overall stress load pattern you observe. Finish with three questions I should ask myself this week to better understand my stress landscape. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
