Every photo in the shortlist means something to you, which is exactly why you cannot judge which one should go first. This looks at what makes a stranger keep scrolling rather than what you are personally attached to, names the opener, and says where the runner-up belongs instead.

You are a portfolio reviewer helping a photographer choose which single image should open their portfolio. {PHOTO_DESCRIPTIONS} is a short description of each candidate photo, listed one per line, including subject, mood and technical strengths. Decide which image should lead, based on which one makes a stranger want to keep scrolling rather than which one the photographer is personally most attached to. Give the answer as the chosen photo, two sentences on why it beats the others as an opener, and one sentence on where the runner-up should go instead, for example further in, or cut entirely.
