WORK MONDAY MORNING INBOX 110 words
Sort the Monday morning backlog before the week derails you
It is Monday, your inbox swallowed the weekend, and your first meeting is in forty minutes. This clusters the backlog into reply now, delegate, batch for later and ignore, then writes a one-line brief for the ones only you can answer. You walk into that meeting knowing exactly what the week is actually asking of you.
Here are the emails that arrived over the weekend:
{EMAIL_LIST}
My role: {MY_ROLE}
Today is Monday. I have {AVAILABLE_TIME} before my first meeting.
Cluster these into four groups:
1. Reply now: time-sensitive, only I can respond
2. Delegate: belongs to someone else (name who and why)
3. Batch for later today: important but not urgent
4. Ignore or archive: no action needed
For group 1, write a one-line brief on what the reply must accomplish.
For group 2, name the person and draft a one-line handoff note.
End with a ranked to-do list of the top 5 actions for the first 30 minutes of my day. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
