WORK MEETING INVITE FLOOD 114 words
Cut through the meeting invite flood and reclaim your calendar
Your calendar is a wall of colour and you cannot remember agreeing to half of it. This runs each pending invite against your real priorities and current load, marking accept, decline with a polite one-liner, or send a colleague instead. You get hours back and stop sitting in meetings that never needed you in the room.
Here are the meeting invites and calendar requests currently in my inbox:
{INVITE_LIST}
My role: {MY_ROLE}
My current calendar load this week: {CALENDAR_LOAD}
My top priorities this week: {TOP_PRIORITIES}
For each invite decide:
- ACCEPT: clearly relevant to my priorities or requires my direct input.
- DECLINE with reason: I can add more value elsewhere. Draft a polite one-line decline.
- DELEGATE: send a colleague instead. Name who and why.
- REQUEST AGENDA: accept provisionally but ask for an agenda before committing.
Also flag any pattern of recurring meetings I should review or cancel altogether.
End with the total time I would save by declining or delegating, and the total protected focus time that would open up. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
