WORK CLIENT EMAIL PILE 131 words
Triage a mixed client pile by urgency and relationship value
A blocked key client and a routine query from a small account are sitting in the same unread pile, looking identical. This sorts your client mail into four tiers, from churn-risk-reply-today down to handle-by-normal-process, weighting both urgency and account value. The people who could walk get your attention first, not whoever shouted last.
Here are the client emails currently in my inbox:
{EMAIL_LIST}
My role: {MY_ROLE}
Key clients or accounts to prioritise: {KEY_CLIENTS}
Sort these into four tiers:
1. Critical: client is blocked, unhappy, or at risk of churn. Needs a personal reply today.
2. High value: active opportunity or senior stakeholder. Reply within 24 hours.
3. Routine: standard request that can follow normal process or be handled by a colleague.
4. Low signal: newsletters, auto-notifications, or one-way updates from client tools.
For tier 1 and 2, give me a one-paragraph brief on the context and what a good response should accomplish.
For tier 3, suggest whether I reply, delegate, or use a template.
For tier 4, suggest a rule or filter to prevent these from cluttering the inbox in future. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
