Critique the First Two Minutes of Your Stream Before Anyone Else Does
Critique the opening of a live stream, working only from what is provided. {OPENING_TRANSCRIPT} is a transcript or close description of the first two minutes, including what is on screen, what is said, and any dead air. Judge it against one question: would a first time viewer who arrived by accident stay past minute two. Cover, in this order: what the viewer learns in the first fifteen seconds about what they are watching, how long the technical preamble runs before anything happens, whether the greeting talks to the regulars over the head of a newcomer, the dead air and where it falls, and whether the on-screen scene tells the viewer anything on its own. Name the three weakest moments with timestamps and give a replacement line or action for each. Where the transcript does not show something you would need, say so rather than assuming. Finish with a fifteen second opening script written out in full, ready to read. Under 500 words, direct, no encouragement padding. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
